Please read these terms carefully as they are a binding legal contract, and we suggest downloading a copy for your records.
You are purchasing access to “Control your Contract: Freedom through Negotiation” which is a 5 module program including multiple video recordings, worksheets, and a roadmap through your negotiation. The access will remain so long as the course is available and at minimum through the end of 2023. You will also have access to a group communication modality (currently Slack) and at least Biweekly Coaching calls with Linda Street MD through at minimum January 1,2023. Guest calls will be held with relevant experts on a revolving basis. You are paying 3 payments of $1750 or $5250 for this program
What happens after you pay:
Our secure payment processor is Stripe. You’ll receive a receipt for your records shortly after purchase and your credit card statement will say: Street Consulting LLC.
Please allow 24 hours for a welcome email from me. If pertinent, we may request your physical address and will mail any bonuses you are eligible for to your home address within 10 business days. The Course will be available upon purchase and you’ll receive a login within 24 hours, if you do not please email [email protected].
Refunds:
The program comes with a 14-day no questions asked money back guarantee. The refund will be the amount paid for the course minus fees. The refund request must be made by email by the end of the 14th day from purchase, to [email protected]. The refund will be equal to the amount paid minus $500 to cover fees and the personalized MGMA data you received. If you were not sent the MGMA data the refund will be equal to the amount paid minus 3% processing fees.
This means you must email [email protected] before the end of the 14th day to request cancellation. If you do not contact me before then and you are paying in installments, your card will be charged for the remaining installments.
Refunds will be initiated within 5 business days following your request. Please allow up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank. This is outside of my control and I ask that you do not initiate a chargeback. If you do, we will charge your card for returned payment fees.
Payment Schedule:
If you are paying in full, you will be charged one time on the date of your purchase.
If you are on a trainee scholarship and are paying in installments, your card will be charged three times beginning today for $249, and then every thirty days thereafter until paid in full.
By completing this purchase, you acknowledge, agree, and authorize us to charge your card on a recurring basis on these dates.
Please note if you are paying in installments. This program is an “all or nothing” purchase. If your card account is declined for any reason (insufficient credit, closed, expired, or other reason), we will contact you to update your payment information. You agree to do so within 5 business days. Failure to update your account information will cause your access to the program to be suspended entirely. This is not a pay by month, or pay for partial access, situation, which would not be fair to those who have committed to the entire payment plan. You will not be refunded if the 14-day refund period has expired.
License to content: You are receiving one license for personal viewing and implementation of the material in the program. You are in violation of United States copyright laws and contract law if you use the material for any other purpose, including making derivative materials, selling it, sharing it with others who are not program members, training others in the program, displaying it publicly or on the internet, and/or sharing your login credentials.
